Who we are

Pavescape is a driveway, landscaping and groundworks business based in Barton-le-Clay, Bedfordshire. You can reach us at info@pavescape.uk or on 07460 059 478.

What we collect

When you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the details of the job and any email address or photos you choose to add. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us in that conversation.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and send a quote. If you become a customer we also use them to carry out and invoice the work. Our legal basis is that this is needed to respond to your request and to perform a contract with you.

Who sees it

Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, a form service that emails them to us. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. We share them only with people who need them to do your job, such as a subcontractor we bring in, and only when needed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and customer records for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not run advertising or tracking scripts.

Maps and the postcode check

The maps on this site use map tiles from OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, your browser asks the OpenStreetMap servers for the map tiles, so they receive your IP address and the area you are looking at. If you type a postcode into the postcode check and press Check, the postcode is sent to the postcodes.io service so it can find the location. We do not receive or store it unless you also send it to us in the quote form.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email us at info@pavescape.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
